(ii) Bank Draft: US$55 (ASPA) + US$20 (our local bank charge)

(iii) Telegraphic Transfer: US$55 (ASPA) + US$20 (our local bank charge)
     TOTAL=US$75

(b) Short writeup (in Microsoft Word format) of any special interests in paediatric anaesthesia / intensive care.
